1. Cook SonaMasuri rice
2. Spread the rice in a wide bowl so it cools off
3. Add salt and lemon juice
4. Heat oil, add greenchilli
5. When the greenchilli is half cooked, add mustard, jeera, heeng, methi powder, red chillies, channa dhal, urad dhal, peanuts, curry leaves
6. When the mustard starts sputtering add diced ginger and turnoff heat.
7. Add this mixture to rice
